Returns Policy

  • Time Frame: You can return your leather jacket within 15 days of receiving it.
  • Condition: The jacket must be returned in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges Policy

  • Time Frame: Exchanges are available within 15 days of receiving your jacket.
  • Condition: The item must be in its original condition, just like with returns.
  • How to Exchange: If you'd like a different size, color, or style, simply contact our support team at support@stylomart.com to start the exchange process. We will ship your new item once we receive the original jacket.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support at support@stylomart.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
  2. Ship the Item: We will provide you with a return shipping label. Ensure the jacket is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
  3. Receive Your Refund or Exchange: Once we receive the item in its original condition, we’ll process your refund or send your new jacket.

Important Notes

  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. In the case of exchanges, shipping fees may apply.
  • Non-returnable Items: Customized or personalized jackets are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
